These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BLK Magick Apps website (blkmagick.com) and all BLK Magick applications, including Schedule It (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

BLK Magick Apps provides automation and scheduling tools for Shopify stores, including but not limited to pricing, product visibility, discounts, inventory, and storefront actions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to operate the Shopify store connected to the Services.

3. Account and Access

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• Ensuring your configuration settings are correct
• All activity performed through your account

4. Merchant Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws
• Ensure accuracy of scheduled actions and timing
• Verify changes before execution
• Maintain backups or safeguards where appropriate

BLK Magick Apps is not responsible for unintended outcomes caused by misconfiguration.

5. Billing and Subscriptions

• Billing is managed through Shopify's billing system
• Pricing and limits are based on your selected plan
• Access to features may be restricted if billing is inactive or unpaid

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages, or third-party issues may affect availability.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee error-free operation, continuous uptime, or that automations will execute without interruption.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLK Magick Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or data. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Services in the previous 3 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, your Shopify account is inactive or restricted, or required billing is not maintained. You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the app.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and content provided by BLK Magick Apps remain our property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Services without permission.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States.
